Quarterly Statement ;)

When I started this blog I intended to build it quite differently than I was actually able to do in light of all the events of 2011. Looks like it has been a few months since we posted anything, which is something my former self would’ve been amazed at! I have been guilty of making a snarky remark here and there about abandoned blogs in the past…

I’m glad to report that we’ve just been too busy to take time out for this and not still under the deluge of unfortunate personal circumstances! The new year started with a bang after wrapping up with KikiGlass and The Helligans in late 2011. We Are working on web development projects for more great small business owners and entrepreneurs. The Rikki’s Pizza and Pasta website is just about wrapped (we’ll post a link when its ready) and we are busy working on a very creative web site for Bowser Brewing Company.

In addition to those fun projects we are well underway with a very exciting cookbook project. It is my pleasure to announce that Pixel Lab is helping to bring to the world the definitive Mama Cassie’s recipe collection and storybook! This is something that I’ve been waiting to propose to Carol Cassie for years.  I couldn’t be happier that the timing was right and she said yes! We got started in early January and will be completing the book in 2012. Sign up for all the deets at the blog or catch us on Facebook. We’ve got a few more good things waiting in the wings. I promise a full report when the ink is dry, so to speak. Hope this year has treated all of you well thus far. We’re pretty happy with the work we’ve been doing. Though we have identified a serious occupational hazard between all the awesome Mama Cassie’s food we are test cooking, and all the amazing Bowser Brew we are drinking! Now we just need a client who is an acupuncturist or personal trainer! We promise we’ll be good. And we promise we’ll be in better touch from now on, too!
